The Real Truth behind the incident of JNU in INDIA

Hello friends !!
It is an incident of October 2019 The purse of our Prime Minister's niece was stolen She was in Delhi and was getting off from from an autorickshaw when two people on a bike snatched her purse and sped away This isn't a huge deal because snatching is one of the most common crimes In 2019, there have been more than 5,000 cases of snatching in Delhi alone Had this happened to you, then there were almost zero chances of you getting back your purse because of the sheer number of such cases But since it was the Prime Minister's niece involved here, More than 700 police officers were assigned to find her purse
They checked more than 200 CCTV recordings and then nabbed the thief in Sonipat This is the justice system of our country for the VIP Listen to what happened on the other hand It is the incident of last week. Around 20-30 masked goons with lathis, rods and acid in hand They barged into a university, entered the students' rooms, beat them up The police were stationed at the gate And even after one week of this incident, the police has not made a single arrest This is the justice system of our country for the common man Are you noticing the discrepancy in the treatment meted out to the VIP by the police and the treatment meted out to the common man by the police On one hand is a purse snatching incident and on the other is the incident of a mob barging into a university Come let us understand what happened and how it happened right from the start JNU is a university and there are many different student organizations in it On one hand is a student organization ABVP which is influenced by the BJP-RSS ideology On the other hand there are student organizations like the AISA, AISF, SFI- which are inspired by the Leftist ideology
There was an election in the Students' Union of JNU in which the leftist ideology student organizations had won Currently, the President of JNUSU(which is JNU's Students Union) is Aishe Ghosh who is a member of the SFI Student organization So all these three Student Organizations are in an alliance It is the incident of 5th January, when around 5 P.M, around 20-30 goons who were wearing masks and carrying weapons, barged into the university and attacked the students A lot of students were injured in this incident. Around 20-25 students were injured in the entire incident This entire incident went on for three hours after which the attackers leave the university
The interesting thing here is that the police was present during this incident but it was stationed outside the gate of the University It said that it did not have permission to enter the gates of the University So when the students were being attacked, the police were standing outside and watching it happen According to a report by the Newsreport, ambulances were also arriving in the University to help the injured But this mob of attackers also attacked the ambulance and smashed its glass and windows Later,
AIIMS confirmed that more than 18 students had come into the hospital for treatment And there was a seriously injured student - Aishe Ghosh, the President of JNUSU whose head was bleeding So the first and the biggest question that arises here is how could that have been possible? Is the condition of law and order in the country so terrible that students in a national university aren't safe? A mob of attackers would arrive, barge into the university, beat up the students and then leave And nothing would happen to them (as a consequence)? Is the condition of law and order in the country so terrible?
And I believe that this is a question that all of you would agree with You could belong to any ideology, could vote for any party, could believe in anything you would agree over how big of a failure of law and order this incident was And this failure of law and order raises questions directly towards the home minister, Amit Shah because he controls the Delhi police The thing is that the left wing students organization blame ABVP for this attack and the ABVP blames the left wing students organizations for this attack Both of them claim that it was the others who came in masks and attacked their students
Now, I'd show you some proof on the basis of which you'd be able to judge yourself as to who could have been the attackers The first proof: The joint secretary of Delhi ABVP has admitted herself on live tv on a TimesNow debate That the masked men with lathis, rods and acid in their hands were infact the members of ABVP Hear this out "Here you are saying why two ABVP members are standing with sticks in hand, Anima Sonkar?" "
Yes.." "So the thing is, in all the whatsapp groups, so much panic was spread, so much threat and calls were given that whenever you are stepping out, step out in groups, step out while you have rods, baans, whatever you have handy pepper spray... somebody has acid...." "No, no , so you are saying that these two members are of the ABVP? Are you accepting the fact that they are members of the ABVP?" "Yes, I'm not disowning..." "And why are they holding sticks? Are they holding them in self defense?" "...self defence. Complete self defence." "Okay... so you're admitting that yesterday you got two of your ABVP members... who were roaming around with sticks?
" "Atleast now, they have admitted that Vikas Patel did go there with a stick I'm very thankful Padmaja. I'm very thankful to your show." Second proof: During the time of attacks, some screenshots of whatsapp groups were going viral The name of one group was Friends of RSS and another was named Unity against Left These screenshots showed how the people present in the groups are doing preparations for this attack Indian Express, News Laundry and Scoll.in are three different organizations All three conducted their research independently and concluded that a lot of ABVP members were present in these whatsapp groups
Third proof: BJP's Amit Malviya and a lot of other BJP supporters have shared a video on Twitter in which a student is seen openly beating up another student in the University So Amit Malviya and the other BJP supporters said that the the person who was the attacker in this case belongs to the Left wing and the one being attacked is a member of the ABVP But the reality was the complete opposite AltNews checked the facts and found out that in reality, the one who was attacking was an ABVP member and the one being attacked here was a member of the Left Wing Student Organization Fourth proof: India Today conducted an amazing sting operation in which they took hidden cameras and went and spoke to ABVP members Listen in to his startling confessions Did you have a stick in your hand? What was it? It was a stick Whom did you hit? There were guys... three of them. One of them had a beard and looked like a Kashmiri.
i beat him up I kicked the gate and broke it I'm from Kanpur where you'd meet goons in every street How did you plan so quickly within three hours and called the boys from outside too? I have a friend called ****** in JNU of the ABVP. He is an organizational secretary But yesterday you were telling us that 20 people belonging to the ABVP were of JNU and 20 others came from outside Sowho mobilised the people of the ABVP inside JNU? Did you? Yes sir, you could say that I did all the mobilization
They don't have that much mind You need to behave like a superintendent or a senapati The person nabbed in the sting operation say that more than 20 members of the ABVP staged this attack and he himself helped in mobilization The police also did not interfere because the police were theirs So the police here helped the ABVP? Sir, whose police is Delhi Police? How many people of the ABVP were from JNU?
Around 20 Are you proud that ABVP beat up the Left wingers in JNU? Absolutely Had it not been done this way, ABVP's strength would not have been realized After the release of this sting operation, ABVP has completely disowned these two students Akshat and Rohit- who were caught in the sting operation They say that neither of these are ABVP members But India Today stood its ground and put forward proofs to show that Akshat is indeed a member of the ABVP Infact AltNews did a fact check on it and put forward even more proofs of the fact that Akshat was seen with ABVP members in rallies so this clearly shows that they are linked with the ABVP After that, a lot of ABVP supporters started sharing such photo-shopped photos in desperation to show that Aishe Ghosh is actually acting and she has sustained no real injuries Sometimes the fracture is on her right arm and sometimes it is on her left arm But its reality is that this is a photo-shopped picture They are sharing mirror images of the original picture to prove their false talks
On 10th January, Delhi Police addressed a press conference in which they stated that their special investigation team has worked hard day and night and has conducted a research and has finally found 9 suspects that are responsible for the JNU violence 7 out of the 9 suspects belonged to the Left Wing and the other 2 were ABVP members But the interesting thing is that all the photos that the police showed as a part of their proof, all of these photos were shared by some or the other ABVP member on their social media So it was such a coincidence that the proof that was being shown by the police were social media posts of ABVP members You can see this in the article by AltNews the link of which is provided in the description below Furthermore, the Delhi police had wrongly identified one out of the 9 people in their investigations
The social media users fact checked and informed the Delhi police that the person was named something else and that Delhi police was mistaken Therefore, it doesn't come as a surprise that questions were raised on the Delhi police after this press conference on whether the Delhi police was really unbiased and neutral on whether it is carrying out investigations in a proper manner or whether it is supporting one of the sides which is also shown by the sting operation
The latest update is that India Today has given its sting operation to the Delhi police for further investigations so that a conclusion is reached upon If you want to watch the video of the sting operation as well as the fact checking reports of AltNews that I have talked about in this video, All these can be found down in the description below. I have provided the links for all of them Our story would not be complete if I do not talk about the other incidents happening at JNU which are greatly related to this You must already know about the fees hike. Protests have been ongoing against it in JNU for a long time Education should be kept affordable for the students so that everyone can study there A lot of protests had been ongoing regarding it and when this incident happened on 5th January, another incident had happened on 4th January
The server room in JNU was attacked The server room was ransacked and the data server was shut down and India Today had conducted a sting operation regarding this in which Geeta Kumari is talking to an AISA activist of the Left wing student organization They themselves admitted that their demands regarding their fees hike were not being met by the JNU VC So they took a decision to stop the administration and close down the server room Our VC does everything online sends love letters online, sends happy new year (wishes) online sends threats online... So we thought that he had exceeded all limits Neither exams have been conducted, nor our demands have been met, nor has he even met us So what we will do is to shut down the server
The administration shouldn't function After the attack on 5th January, a separate incident becomes very interesting A man named Pinki Chaudhary goes in the media and claims that he was responsible for the JNU attacks Their workers had orchestrated the attack He says that he belongs to the Hindu Raksha group- the name of which I haven't heard before but he claims full responsibility that his workers had orchestrated the attack on JNU Despite that , the police hasn't arrested this man What happened in JNU is viewed by many from the "Left Vs Right" angle and from the perspective of politics But in my opinion, this shows a complete failure of law and order
And I will not blame the Delhi Police for this because they have their own compulsions If the police does not act in accordance with the orders received from above, then they would get transferred and someone else would be brought in their place
They would be denied promotion So the police personnel have their own sets of compulsions because our police system is not independent and this once again shows the dire need for police reforms in our country so that the police can stay independent from the politicians but what happens here is that the police act upon the whims and fancies of the politicians When the politicians would want that the police barges into a university to attack the students for instance, what was done in Jamia University- the police would do it When the politicians would direct them to wait outside the gates and let the goons attack the students- the police would do that
And in my opinion, this also shows in a broader sense, how our government and the BJP's top leadership is set on a path to attack the educational institutions of our country It is after the students and intellectuals Listen to the news reports over the past year- Sometimes, doctors get attacked sometimes medical students are attacked Some people say that JNU should be shut down Sometimes students in Jamia are attacked Sometimes a BJP leader says in Bengal that a surgical strike should be conducted on the Jadavpur University and the anti nationals there should be destroyed Sometimes they talk of blowing up universities and sometimes they talk of getting them shut down Have they ever opened a good new school yet?
Have they ever opened a university, that they are after well read people? One reason is that they want to distract- they are unable to handle the country They are unable to work on real issues hence they want to raise new issues as distractions And on the other hand, they cannot stand it when well read people criticize them Because their own government does not have well read people I hope you would have understood the entire issue through this article
We will meet in the next articleThank you
